Bobble head turkey miniature, or standing ornament, is handmade by artisans of Xochipilli and painted white, black and red. The turkey’s body is made from a dried seed pod from the flowering Tejoruco fruit tree. Decorative only. Keep out of reach of children.

The body of the animal is produced from the dried seed pods gathered from a flowering fruit tree known as the Tejoruco tree. The Tejoruco is a relatively small tree, reaching only 10 to 12 feet at maturity. Hummingbirds and butterflies are attracted to the tree’s flowers. The fruit is edible, but not appealing.
