How do I return an item purchased online?

If you are not completely satisfied with your Ten Thousand Villages purchase or gift for any reason, please return it to Ten Thousand Villages using the following guidelines:

  • Use the shipping carrier most convenient for you, and send the package to the following address:

  • When we receive your return, we will issue a credit to your card used for the original transaction, for the cost of the item including taxes.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If you have questions on the return policy, email Customer Assistance at ordermgr@tenthousandvillages.com or call 877-883-8341.
  • You may also return Ten Thousand Villages merchandise at any Ten Thousand Villages store location.

Can I exchange an item purchased online for another item?

  • Exchanges are handled as a return and reorder.

What if my purchased item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged we will work with you to replace it as quickly as possible.

  • Please reference the five-digit order number found at the top of the order confirmation email.
