This stunning silk wall hanging with carved wood hanger, an exclusive Ten Thousand Villages design, is handcrafted by artisans of the Rajana Association of Cambodia. The hanging is pieced silk in amber and crimson, accented with handwoven Khmer ikat. Traditional Angkor Wat tree motifs are hand-painted on the center panel. Fine carving adorns the dark-stained wood hanger.

Following years of war, during which most educated people were killed, Cambodia is in the process of reviving traditional arts such as silk production and weaving. This almost-lost art is now providing valuable income for Cambodian artisans.
