  • Great big friendly bag

I have worn out my first bag , used it every day for 2 years.
I would get at least a couple of comments per week from admirers of the bag
The Ikat weaving has given way and the seams are frayed.
this bag was a gift from my sister . So for some one you think has everything get them this bag. I will order a new one I cant be without it now.As for the old one might just turn into a cushion cover

  • This is the greatest bag ever!

This bag is everything it is said to be. It's even a little bigger than I thought when ordering. It has so many colors that I'll never have to change bags again! You might wonder, like I did, if all those colors together will be garish...NOT. The pattern is subtle and although you can pick any color to match to the bag, no one color stands out. The outside fabric is very soft but the inner lining is sturdy and keeps it's shape. It is a large bag, as mentioned, and you can carry little or use it like a shopping bag. I LOVE IT and recommend it to everyone.

Soft cotton shoulder bag is made from recycled traditional Guatemalan skirts. This provides the muted colors, and soft feel that cannot be duplicated in newly woven fabric. The fabric is obtained from the traditional skirts worn by women from the communities of Totonicipan, Patzun, Cantol and Chimaltenango. Each community has its own distinct design, although the general look and feel is similar.
