North African Tuareg style comes to ornament making. Tuareg leatherwork traditionally includes camel bags, saddles and harness. Tuareg women use knives, razor blades, rocks and boards to make intricate leather designs. Decorative only. Keep out of reach of children. The Tuareg are found in Burkina Faso, Niger, Mali and Chad. Traditionally nomadic herders, some Tuareg now cultivate crops in fertile oases, or work as traders.
