  • Beautiful in my classroom!
    . . . . .

This piece of art was on my wish-list for 3 years until I finally caved and purchased it! This is an absolutely elegant work of art that I have hanging up in my classroom and it is a school favorite! Thank you!...

  • These are works of art - Wonderful!

These a perfect pieces for a child's room - or a classroom. These a perfect pieces for a child's room - or a classroom. After the earthquake, I looked for Fair Trade works from Haiti I could buy to help artisans (well, indirectly - as then more works could be purchased to sell). I bought many items for my home and for gifts (I think everyone I know -knows I have a "passion for Haiti"). I purchased this piece for church as the theme that year was "Year of the Child". It hung in the entryway for a year and now hangs in the daycare at the church (a gift from me to the daycare director. She loves it!).

Here is a thought... instead of parents all buying small gifts for their child's teacher at Christmas, pool your money and buy something amazing that she/he will keep for many years to come. One of these would also make an wonderful baby shower gift.
