Give a sweet-scented gift that supports local Cambodian villages. These three scented soaps, made with palm oil, come in a hand-woven palm stalk box with open-weave lid and button catch. The natural soap scents are rosemary, lemongrass and jasmine. Soaps are individually wrapped in red, yellow and green wrappers.

In addition to listing ingredients, each soap label says: “This soap is handmade in rural villages in Cambodia. Income generated from this Mustard Seed Cambodia project goes to support education and job training skills within the local community.” Palm oil from Cambodia comes from palm tree plantations that are being planted in areas that are scrub brush and unsuitable for farming. The plantations are developing land that has been idle by bringing in irrigation. The plantations also provide income for very poor people who have few resources for income. They do not reduce any rainforest, and do not impact any orangutans.
