Shipping and Delivery
We ship all items via UPS. We offer UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day and UPS Overnight services for all merchandise orders.
Orders requested to be sent UPS 2nd Day or Overnight must be placed on a weekday by Noon EST in order to go out the same day. Overnight and 2nd Day orders placed after noon on Friday or on the weekend will not be shipped until Monday due to our warehouse being closed on the weekend and UPS does not offer Saturday delivery for these services.
Gift Card orders that do not include merchandise are shipped 1st Class via the United States Postal Service.
Orders can be shipped to only one address. To ship to multiple addresses, you will need to place a separate order for each address.
We only ship to the United States. Please visit tenthousandvillages.ca for information about purchases in Canada.
Your items will be shipped within two business days after we receive your order. Approximate timeframes for the arrival of your order are:

| For West Coast and Southwest states | 5 business days |
Our office and warehouse is closed on weekends and holidays.

When New Year’s Day and Christmas Day fall on Sunday, they will be observed on the following Monday. When any of these holidays falls on a Saturday, it will be observed on the previous Friday. In the year when Christmas Day is on Tuesday or Thursday, the office will also be closed Monday or Friday, respectively. |
Ten Thousand Villages is not responsible for replacing lost packages if UPS can verify the package was delivered. We provide an email with a tracking number once the package leaves our facility so that you are aware of the approximate delivery date.
