All-natural, handmade paper is padded and stitched to create the illusion of leather for a unique wallet. Called gutsy fiber this tear-resistant material is an innovation developed by the artisans at Salay Handmade Industries in the Philippines. Collaboration with Ten Thousand Villages buyers led to this wallets unique design; it is a photograph transfer of paper coils used by makers working with our partner Mai Vietnamese Handicrafts in Ho Chi Minh City.
