Floral block print tablecloth created by artisans of the Dastkar Ranthambore workshop, located in rural Rajasthan. When the Indian government dedicated a large area of Rajasthan as a controlled tiger habitat, many villagers were forced to relocate to the fringes of the land, and women with few employment options began illegally cutting wood to sell as fuel. A local nongovernmental organization trained women in embroidery and tailoring for income opportunities.
