This Hanukkah, celebrate connection. A menorah made of repurposed circuit board is a contemporary way to mark an ancient ritual. With spaces for nine tealights, this menorah is made of repurposed, pre-consumer computer circuit boards with an MDF base. The artisans of Village Crafts, a group based in Sarai Tarin, India, a traditional handicraft center, are proud to create this unique product as a way to earn sustainable incomes and support their families. Our fair trade partner Tara Projects works closely with Village Crafts to provide design assistance and access to new markets. Tara Projects has also established a learning center in this area to prevent child labor and ensure receive free, quality education for youth in the community.
