STORY

Meet the Cognac Eco-Leather Shoulder Bag. Featuring two leather adjustable straps for best possible fit and leather that is tanned and processed with plant-based materials and dyes versus hazardous chemicals like formaldehyde. Top opening has a zipper closure with a fold-over functioning accent tab. On the interior, you'll find a zippered pocket on the back side and one interior slip pocket large enough to fit a smartphone. The interior cotton lining is rust orange and matches the color of the leather. All metal findings and zipper pull have a brushed antiqued brass-colored finish. There are 4 button holes on either end of each shoulder strap to allow for adjusting the length by pushing over a brass metal button.

Wanted this to be quality but disappointed

I wanted to wait several months to speak to the durability of this bag before leaving a review. Paying around $200 for this bag unfortunately is absolutely not worth it. I’ve had this bag for around 6 months and the straps are pretty much falling apart - the wholes have expanded too much are constantly coming loose from the button. The seems on the straps are also already coming off, and the leather itself is already dirty. I thought the bag would soften with time and it has on the bottom but I unfortunately do not think this bag is very high quality leather. I wanted to love the bag because of the artisan work and small batch size but I don’t believe it’s worth it in the end if you’re looking for a quality product.

Great everyday bag + stylish!

Purchased this bag the second it came out and I love it. I get many compliments, which I enjoy sharing the process of eco-leather. Great to carry my every day items (books, wallet, keys) but not too bulky on my shoulder. Love that there is a zipper closure on top to keep items from spilling. Great buy!!
