STORY

The Little Song Singing Bowl embodies two of Nepal's richest traditions, metalwork and meditation. Singing bowls, and the ringing hum they create, help clear your mind, cleanse your heart, and comfort your soul. To make the bowl sing, first tap it, hold the smooth part of the stick upright against the bowl and move it slowly around the outside of the bowl in a circular motion, keeping firm contact with the bowl's surface. Family workshops applying metalwork skills share their craft in new markets for fair prices. Thanks to their work with our fair trade partner Mahaguthi, these families are able to earn sustainable incomes.

a good singing bowl. took a bit to get the hang of one so small but the sounds are beautiful and striking.

Perfect size!!

I love these cute little singing bowls. I got a few to put in the library, because they look perfect when perches on a little stack of books. The pillow and mallet take it a notch up, too. And each one has a slightly different tone so it's fun to have a few of them around. Surprisingly great ring too, considering the size!!

Adorable and I love the tiny chime noise it makes!

I'm not very familiar with singing bowls but wanted to try one out, so I purchased this one. I think this tiny singing bowl is the perfect way to dip your toes into the water if you're interested in trying a singing bowl but aren't ready to invest in a larger one yet.
