GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
We currently only ship to addresses in the United States and do not ship to P.O boxes. For the most up-to-date shipping estimate, please add items to your cart and enter your zip code into the shopping cart shipping estimator. Shipping costs and times will fluctuate based on what is being purchased, where it is being shipped, any current shipping promotions, high-demand and volume changes, and weather conditions affecting carriers. Orders can be shipped to only one address. To ship to multiple addresses, you will need to place a separate order for each address. Ten Thousand Villages is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If you suspect theft, please file a complaint with your local police department.
FREE SHIPPING
For orders over $150, Ten Thousand Villages offers free standard shipping to all customers. It is only valid for continental US customers. Please be aware that some items cannot be shipped for free. If expedited shipping is required, this will cost money and will not be included in free shipping. Ten Thousand Villages is not responsible for lost packages for which a delivery confirmation has been provided by the carrier. If this occurs, you should contact the carrier directly.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

RETURNS
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM FROM MY ORDER?
*Eligible returns must be received within 60 days of purchase and must be in their original condition. If your item was purchased at a Ten Thousand Villages store, please contact them directly about their individual store return and refund policies.
For items purchased through www.tenthousandvillages.com, please send us your order number, the item(s) being returned, and the quantity of each item to support@tenthousandvillages.com. Once we receive this information, we will provide the required Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. We will reply within 1-2 business days with this information.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
For purchases from the www.tenthousandvillages.com
website, we will issue a credit to your original form of payment for the
original transaction, including the cost of the item with tax. Shipping fees
are non-refundable. Gifts: Credit will be given as a Ten Thousand Villages gift card for the current price of the item.
Note: Items purchased in-store should be returned to that store location.
WHAT IF MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED?
We’ll work with you to replace it as quickly as possible! Please send us a picture of the damaged item(s), along with your order number to support@tenthousandvillages.com.

HOW DO I CHECK THE BALANCE ON MY GIFT CARD OR E-GIFT CARD?

HOW DO I USE MY GIFT CARD ONLINE?
When making an online purchase with a gift card, please enter your gift card number at checkout. Purchases will be deducted from each card's balance until the value reaches zero dollars. If the gift card does not cover the entire total, then it will ask for you to enter credit card info to complete the purchase.
WHERE CAN I REDEEM A GIFT CARD?
You may redeem your gift card online at checkout. If you have a question about redeeming, please contact customer service.
WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN AN ECARD AND A GIFTCARD?
Ecards are digital giftcard codes that will be emailed same-day to your recipient via email and can be used online only. Physical giftcards are sent in the mail to the recipient and can be redeemed online and at Ten Thousand Villages stores.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY GIFT CARD?
You will receive you e-gift card immediately after purchase which will be sent to your email that you used to checkout. You will not be able to use your gift card to pay for any online order that contains a gift card.
WILL MY GIFT CARD EXPIRE?
Ten Thousand Villages gift cards do not have an expiration date, and Ten Thousand Villages does not charge service or dormancy fees on unused gift cards. You may check your gift card balance at tenthousandvillages.com or at any Ten Thousand Villages store, by calling 800-242-5353.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
Once you click the “Pay Now” button and your payment processes, the Warehouse Team immediately begins fulfilling your order. While we're proud of our speed and efficiency, unfortunately that means that we're unable to update or edit the shipping address on the order. However, we're always here to help you on any returns or exchanges you may require.”
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
At this time, we are not able to cancel any orders. We are unable to add or remove items from an order that has already been placed.

DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS?
Occasionally, Ten Thousand Villages offers discounts and promotions as an advantage to our customers. These offers do not affect the fair price our artisans are paid for their crafts. Artisans have already been paid in full.
CAN I USE MULTIPLE PROMOTIONS ON THE SAME ORDER?
Only one promotion can be applied to each order.

If you are a fair trade organization committed to investing in your community, and you are working to scale your business, we invite you to share your information with us. Please submit the FORM once. Because we receive many inquiries, we are not able to respond to every submission.
WILL THE RECIPIENT OF MY ORDER BE ABLE TO SEE ANY PRICING?
Our pricing is currently displayed on all of our products.
While we can't guarantee that we can remove the pricing before shipment, if you reach out to our friendly customer support either before or right after placing your order, we can definitely put in a request to our fulfillment center to see if they can remove it for you.
However, please keep in mind that it's not a guarantee because of our current process.
DO YOU HAVE A GIFT REGISTRY PROGRAM?
We do not currently have a gift registry program, but recommend using a website that allows for consolidated gift registries where you can choose items from multiple retailers to include in your registry.
