Quite Stunning

This cuff bracelet is beautiful. It was a gift for my adult granddaughter, and she liked it, but she's quite petite so it was large on her. It says it's made of brass, but seems to be coated with something to keep it shiny. We're a little afraid to adjust it. We know you should adjust a cuff only once, and then slide it onto your wrist from the side.
