Beautiful but damaged in shipping?

These earrings are so beautiful and I like how they have so much meaning behind their production. However, my earrings were damaged- the posts were bent greater than 45 degree angle, maybe damaged in shipping? I bent them back but don't know how long they will last now. Send them in a box instead of cardboard envelope, Ten Thousand Villages!

Lovely earrings!

I bought these along with the matching necklace. They are substantial and extremely well-made. I love the starburst design as well as the fact that they are made from bombshell casings.
