Feedback about my Sarassu Wall

I was sort of disappointed when I received my Sarassu Wall without a hanging device. I made sure to ask during the purchase (I chatted with the online chat rep), they assured it would come with a device to be installed. I need to install this Sarassu Wall in my living room wall, but I don’t have anything to use as hanging device. It will be nice if I get something to use for this purpose. I have purchased a good amount of products from your well known company.
